...Es la historia de cómo se conocieron y se enamoraron el maestro Bornolio, un científico rebelde de buen corazón y Cibelina, su ayudante, una mujer soñadora, romántica, y… ¡bastante torpe!
Todo sucede en la terraza donde Maestro Bornolio ha dispuesto su laboratorio astronómico imaginario para "soplar" estrellas y así poder pedir grandes deseos...

...Pero Cibelina no va a permitir que el cielo se quede sin estrellas, por más bien intencionados que sean los deseos de maestro Bornolio; echará mano a una serie de disparates muy risibles para disuadirlo...
